Guidelines to keep LetsPackUp a safe, welcoming space for all travelers.

LetsPackUp brings people together to plan amazing trips. To ensure everyone has a positive experience, we ask all members to follow these community guidelines. These standards apply to all shared content, including trip templates and chat messages.

Be Respectful

Treat every community member with kindness and respect. We're all here to make travel planning easier and more enjoyable.

Keep Everyone Safe

Help maintain a safe environment for all users. LetsPackUp is for users 13 years and older.

✓Never share personal information like addresses or phone numbers publicly
✓Report suspicious behavior or content
✓Be cautious when meeting trip members in person for the first time

Be Authentic

Contribute genuine, helpful content that benefits the community.

✓Share real travel experiences and tips
✓Create templates based on actual trips you've taken
✓Provide honest reviews and ratings

Keep Content Appropriate

Ensure all shared content is suitable for a general audience.

✓Use family-friendly language in public content
✓Share photos that are appropriate for all ages
✓Keep discussions focused on travel planning

Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed and will be removed:

✗Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination of any kind
✗Sexually explicit or violent content
✗Spam, scams, or misleading information
✗Content that promotes illegal activities
✗Personal attacks or bullying

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on the severity and frequency of violations. We aim to be fair and consistent in our enforcement while prioritizing community safety.
